Meet Dr. Mohammad
Afkhami-Ardekani

Dr. Mohammad Afkhami-Ardekani is a respected endocrinologist and medical educator from Ardekan, Iran. He earned his medical degree from the University of Isfahan in 1990, specializing in internal medicine in 1993. Later, in 1997, he obtained a subspecialty in endocrinology and metabolism from Tehran University.

He has made significant contributions to the field, serving as an Assistant Professor since 1993, Dean of the School of Medicine from 1997 to 1999, and Director of the Diabetes Research Center since 1999. His dedication to medical education and research has left a lasting impact on healthcare in Iran and beyond.
